They are not. However, the double tree and Hampton Inn do allow pets

We used the valet and they park you across the street in the $30 ramp but your cost is what you tip the valet.

The should be no charge for a guest at the hotel. There may be charges for additional vehicles and or valet.

Not at the Garden Inn. The Hilton does on 31st street.

Shuttle is roughly 50 bucks, taxi for 2 was 42$ there is a bus that runs but will need to check routes and price, greyhound bus also runs within 2 iles of hotel,may be cheaper to take greyhound then local taxi! Hope this helps! Another option is post a craigslist ad for ride!
